Cala Gonone – Spiaggia di Cala Luna
The Gulf of Cala Gonone is strongly characterized by wild and unspoiled nature surrounding it, from the solitary dimension and inaccessible beaches, from the high limestone cliffs and numerous caves in the coast.
North of Gonone the two beaches of Osalla (Osala) and Cartoe (Cartoeddu) are characterised by their sandy coastline and pine forests, and they are are within easy reach by car.
Going south you will meet the beaches of L’Acqua dolce (S’abba durche), Palmasera (Prammasera), S’abba meica, Ziu Martine, Fuili, which due to their size of “small towns” beaches are suitable for families.

Along the coast, and therefore only accessible by sea or through sometimes challenging trekking, beaches of Cala Luna (Ilune), Biriola, Mariolu, Sisine, Goloritzé, are just a few of the most popular gems, but there is a variety of beaches and coves are unknown to most people, as Ziu Santoru and Oddoana to be discovered.
